Default transfer case wont engage in 2 wheel drive
my transfer case while driving just stopped popped out of 2 wheel drive. i pulled over and put it in 4 low and it worked. barely goes into 4 hi. can anyone help me please?

is it electronic button press type?
or is it like an actual shift lever?

if experiencing problems shifting, it is easier to shift
when the vehicle is not running.
