Default Troublesome '96 diesel k2500

My fuel pump just started staying on randomly after the vehicle is turned off. I figured it was a stuck fuel pump relay, but I pulled out the relay and the fuel pump still stays on. I actaully pulled out all the relays. It still continued to stay on. Any ideas?

Also my oil pressure gauge pegs out when I step on the gas. It just swings all the way maxed out when I step on the throttle. I figure its a malfunctioning oil pressure sensor. Also I checked the oil its all full and everything. Is there anything to be worried about? Is it ok to drive? Also what part do I need to replace. Is it an oil switch or a sensor? Any other ideas?
