Maybe it's because you've started 5 threads asking the same question, in the same forum, in less than 24 hours?

If you want instant service, take it to a mechanic. If you're asking for advice on an internet forum, give it a day or two. Not all of us sit around, on standby, waiting to give an instant reply to every question.

Have you done any troubleshooting whatsoever? You're not giving much information, other than the alternator appears to be charging "a little."
You're about one step past, "My car doesn't run. Please help."
What happens when you rev the motor first, then turn on lights?
Have you put a multimeter on the alternator to see what voltage it's putting out?
Is your serpentine in good shape and tight?
Have you checked your battery connections, that they're clean and tight?

Just love folks that expect expert help instantly, then insult the entire group within 24 hrs. BTW welcome to our group - with a little patience and some added info, I'll bet someone will help you solve your problem.
