Trying to fix a couple issues on 01' 1500 HD

Trying to fix a couple issues on 01' 1500 HD
I have a 01 Chevrolet 1500 HD 4dr 6.0. The first issue is;
1. How to change the A/C motor/fan. When I turn on the A/C it makes a noise like a diesel engine. I believe a fan blade is broken????????? The A/C still works.
2. How to change the exhaust manifold. I believe my exhaust manifold gasket is leaking its making the puffing noise.
3. How to stop the gas tank from popping just short of replacing the tank.
I love this truck and want to keep it until my son gets old enough to drive. Thanks for any help provided.
