Default Turn signal lever broke

I have a 94 Silverado. The turnsignal lever doesn't return to the middle position after I have made a turn. It just stays on. I have to push it back to center. Is it a easy fix. I would like to get all the info possible before I try this. I would like to know what will I need or what will I need to buy. Thanks. Any help will be great.
