Default turn signals

Ok guys...just bought the wife a 93 silverado 2500HD. I am trying to get the passenger side turn signals to work. Neither the front or back work. I already tried replacing the flasher...now its making a buzzing sound when i turn it the right signal on Also the hazards dont work. Any ideas where to start looking?

i believe so.. the relay controls the blinkers and flashers. at one point in time i had to replace mine, blinkers didnt work, but haqzzards did. find the relay that clicks when the hazzards are on, and see if it also clicks when you turn the working turn signal on.
