updating 2003 front end

Has anyone ever installed a 2008 and up front end on a 2003 chevy 1500. I really love the look of the new front end, But I dont want to change my truck. Thanks

I've seen it on a 03 stepside I think...it was red with the 08 front end on it. only looks good on a stepside IMO. and it's a lot of work
