Default Updating route

My self installed GM touchscreen Nav. updated my route if I got off the original one or made a wrong turn. Now it dosen't and no changes to the system, everything else works even my back up camera of course my speed sensitivity volume never did work. Any ideas? 2007 NBS LTZ

Thanks Charlie
