Default Upgrade 305 to 350 Possibilities

I was just given a rebuild 350 that I'm told is interchangable with anything between 87-93. I would like to put it into my '95 K1500 Ext Cab with 5spd. My other option is to put it into my '89 C1500 Reg Cab with auto tranny. Both trucks currently have the original 305s that are real tired. Only thing this 350 doesn't have is the intake. Will all my 305 pieces and parts bolt directly to the 350? Is there any computer issue to worry about? Any inputs would be appreciated.

block and/or head numbers would help. we can determine from there. if in fact your 350 is as you say it is, it'll fit the late, late 87-94/95. assuming the heads are from this era, everything should bolt on fine, but if heads are earlier, or even later, then no, intake will not fit. pull a valve cover, look for casting number.
