I have a 1976 Scottsdale C10. The VIN plate was removed during body work. It was attached again,but using the wring style rivets, inspector will not accept this. Are there any other locations on the truck that might have a VIN stamped on it?

there should be 5 in total I beleive, but I cant remember all of them.. WRong rivits? is there many many kinds and what does it matter?, or is it more just its not factory anymore? sounds to me like ya got someone with a thumb up their ***.
