If your going for looks - Mesh grill or billet grille, whichever you prefer, buy some angel eye headlights, aftermarket running lights, and chrome side markers. You could go with a roll pan and tint too.

If your going for speed - Cold air intake, throttle body spacer, headers . . .

I would go with looks first unless your obsessed with a fast truck, but if your wanting speed you need to buy a car not a truck.

How many miles does it have? I say fix anything that might be messed up first. So fix the a/c if it's out, and you know...just get it fixed up first. Idk if there is anything that needs to be fixed, but if there is, that would be my first route. Then I would tint the windows. Get an exhaust. Be nice to it. It's 14 now.

i would def go with a lift, doesnt have to be a huge lift, but atleast body or a add-a-leaf and some beefy tires. trucks have to look mean!

Ha yeah my bro has an 02 Ram 1500 with 35s like 20 inch rims and a 6 inch pro comp lift. But im thinking a new deck is a need because i need to play cds, tint, then exhaust, those are the most manditory to me. the motor has 160k on it but idc for it i just put a new tranny and motor in a 91 exactly the same...so a new 350 would be nice haha. but nothing else is wrong with the truck atleast that i know of.

I was just wondering if anyone else had other ideas than me but they are pretty much the same as i was thinking.

160k is nothing on a 350. Not even half it's life yet. Keep runnin it and changin the oil and you should be fine motor-wise. Get them windows tinted. Get an exhaust and make your neighbors hate you.
