I like your thinking on the "cleaning it up" of adding tint, exhaust and the rails...
maybe a brush guard...

 

well since i found out its not really a z71 i will also be changing the decal back to 4x4 but i like the brush guard idea

 

or if you want to go with looks, get a paint job, when i paint my truck, im going to find a color that no one has seen before so my truck is super unique

 

I'd go with tires and rims. Maybe go through the drivetrain, suspension, and steering. See if she needs anything else.

 

it all depends on what you really want, you want some looks, sound, performanse or what, just get what ever you want most

 

pacesetter shorty headers for about two hundred then throw in a multiport injector sysstem for about another two fifty and then get yourself a nice cat back system proly a magnaflow and some tires. stock rims look good with the right tires
