Default What tool box to get?

Just what the title says. I just bought a 2004 chevy reg. cab with the long bed in navy blue. I want to get a tool box that will help "shorten the bed" as far as giving the optical illusion. Anybody have any suggestions?

"Tuffbox" makes a nice black plastic one, even comes with a lock.

IMO, the 8 foot bed looks mean and manly, though.

yeah main reason I bought the truck. I thought it looked tough as hell. I originally went in to buy a honda accord my gf was pissed when she saw what I pulled up in lol. I will look into the tool box you suggested.

I have a United Welding Supply box with a rail on the lid, I love it and so do my buddies.

if you do much backing or hooking to trailer, you might consider a low profile tool box.
mine is about 5" high above sides of bed and it can be a problem seeing over the box to hook up a trailer.

my son had a low profile tool box and it much eaiser to see the rear of truck or tail gate.

I won't be doing much hauling. I actually would prefer a bigger type box I really like that look.
