Default What Truck Do I Own?

Hi,
I just bought a 2000 Chevy K3500 Crew Cab Long Bed.with a 5.7L (350).

It was lacking three items I desired but the price was correct and I can add the desired items if and when I want. 1) 7.4L (454); 2) Power locks; 3) Power windows

In searching the web for info on this truck I came across a range of truck model years that parts will fit my truck (99-02), some acronyms (OBS, NBS, NNBS), transmissions (4L80E, 700R), rear axle ratios (4.10, 3.73) and GM truck platforms (GMT400, GMT800).

Given I have a 2000 I believed my truck was a NBS on a GMT800 frame wit a 4L80E transmission and unknown rear axle ratio (believe it is a 4.10 due to engine size). However, recently I was told it is not as I believed because Chevy did not switch the 2000 K3500 model to the new body style and frame. So, can any of you tell me what my truck is?

yep OBS. Mine is a 99 K3500 but I have to use 98 for parts for it since your truck the K3500 went up through 00
