Default whats this k1500 worth?

It is a 1989. It needs some engine work (a head gasket I am guessing), a brake line, and an exhaust pipe. It has some rust (doors and fenders), but not much considering age. A lot of the paint is peeled off the hood and roof as is typical of that vintage GM vehicle. The interior is very nice, as is the box. Tires are decent, 4x4 works fine, and has a fiberglass cap (quite faded). It has around 95,000 original. And heres a couple pictures of it.

well im think about trading a lawn tractor for it. The guy told me this about it. It runs, but not reliably. It idles OK, but misses heavily when accelerating and can stall if not careful. Does it sound like a fairly cheap fix or would you guys know whats wrong?

could be anything from bad plugs and such to the blown head gasket that you mentioned. hopefully the mower isn't too nice or new. doesn't sound like the truck has much life left in it. trader beware...

well the lawn tractor i got 900 bucks into. The guy told me he'd do the truck and 400 bucks. So pretty much a 500 dollar truck. But even with that low of miles you would still say its not worth it?

with motor not doing good, maybe trans and rest of drivetrain not doing good, the rust, everything else, to me all that voids the 95k miles. keep the mower and the $400. just my $.02.
