Thumbs up What's my next power booster for 98 5.7 vortec?

Got a 98 Silverado with 5.7 vortec, so for have added a CFM Technologies ported TBI, an Airaid intake spacer, K&N open air intake, Flowmaster 2 in/1 out muffler and a 3.5 inch tailpipe. No doubt the horsepower increase is impressive and the low-end torque is downright amazing.
Is my next move polished and ported intake manifold and heads/with bigger valve openings and smaller cc burn pan. Or should I go for more aggressive cam and headers, and then the intake and heads.
Note: this is a total sleeper, still in good shape but just an ordinary looking 98 chevy. I've retired and have the time, so would like to see how much power I can squeeze out of the old girl.

Thanks for any input

performance mass air flow sensor, maybe have computer reprogrammed. good, low resistance plug wires. heads are actually good. maybe 3 angle valve job for better sealing (just had this done on my 98 vortec heads) have you done the cpi to mfi injector conversion yet?
