Default Wheel Squeaks

OK. Have an 02 Silverado Z71. I put new shocks on it a few days ago and yesterday I noticed that I'm getting a squeaking noise from 5 - 25 MPH. After a few miles it wont happen anymore. Its hard to tell if it is comming from the front or the rear but it sounds like the tire rubbing on something. I looked at the tires and didn't see any wear marks. Anyone know what this could be?
Thanks.

I have a 2000 silverado and had the same sqeaking problem. I removed the brakes and checked the emergency brake pads because of the 4 wheel discs and there was metal to metal contact on the e brake pads. Check ur e brake pads dude, might save some $.
