Where is the 68 pin gray plug that is supposed to be under the dash?

Where is the 68 pin gray plug that is supposed to be under the dash?
Where I bought my stereo says there is a light green wire on pin A1 of this plug for the camera power when going to reverse. I have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD with a 6 litre and crew cab.
