Default Windshield Noises

Hello all!

I have a 2007 Silverado 34K miles on it, I have a issue with the windshield making some poping noises, I had a 99 Z71 and it made the same noises. does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Thanks,

Matt

Default If you have a bug shield

This might help. The noise is coming from the bugsheild making the wind hit the window a funny way. The noise comes from the plastic strips that run a long side the left and right side of the window. Just put some silcone behind them and it should go away.

Yep have a bug shield, had put one on my old Silverado as well, I will try to take it by the dealer, it is still under waranty so maybe they will fix it, I have to take it by there for a glitch in my electronic system it's getting some readings that cause it to stop running at start-up, very sporatic. I appreciate it a lot!
