Can anyone tell me how to get the windshield wipers on my 2003 Silverado to turn off? They operate on high and low only and will simply not turn off. I had this problem earlier and corrected it with a can of air, a can of silicone, and patient turning off and on, but this time that isn't working

It sounds like the relay in your switch. You might have to change the relay. The same problem sometimes happens with the interior fan speed. Minor fix, if you can get to the relay.

This is usually caused by a faulty multi-function switch (turn signal lever).
But it can also be from poor wire connection at the wiper motor module or even a bad wiper module which requires replacing the entire wiper motor unit.
