Wiper Arm Fix???

The passanger side wiper arm stoped working on my 03 2500HD. Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?

You need to re-tighten the arm... had the same problem not to long ago on my 02 2500 hd...... reason mine got screwed up was the ice storm we had.... very easy fix!
