This system won't let me post a new itemto it with more than 2 lines. I can reply to a message though.
I have this problem. - Wipers/Washers Spontaneous activation Any ideasas to why?

It has happened twiceon my new '07 2500HD. Out of the blue the wipers come on and the washers activate. May coincide with left turn indicator but not consistently. Dealer won't even try to fix unless it happens in front of a technician. Multi function switch?

Welcome to both of you and the problem depending on the year 2007 NBS & 2008 may have a switch below the HAC controls (The one on the far right ) that heats the windshield washer fluid. If you push it nothing will happen & about 5 Min.then the washer starts to squirt! Try it on your buddie when he/she gets that new Silverado.

'07 NBS. The heated wsahers are not activated when this occurs. Sorry for the terse replies. It's this system.
