so heres the problem, a while back the fuel light would come on dispalying low fuel even after I had just filled up, but the truck would still run then. slowly the electrical issues started to build up, the locks would occasionally lock without me pressing any of the buttons, the gauges on the dash wouldn't read properly, the check engine light would sporradically come on and despite my work and mechanics looking at it no problems could be found. This has been going on for almost a year but the truck running wasn't a problem until recently, it would start fine however it wouldn't idle and sporaddically stall, and then it moved into not starting and no power getting through the truck at all as if the batttery were dead... which its not (when i hit the ignition just right it would start though) and now it wont start no matter what I do. If anyone has had a similar problem or any advice I would really appreciate it, love the truck but I cant keep sinking money into it trying to find the source of this problem.

 

You could need a new cluster. Seen it happen in many chevys from 2000 to 05
