Difficulty with replying to a thread

I tried replying to a thread in the Chevy Silverado forum, and kept getting a connection failure response. Is there some sort of limiter to prevent users from replying to a thread from March 16/08?

Its just out software problems, bear with up and the new software will be installed soon.[/align]
