I just need help with my partial vin on my motor swap. The numbers I am concerned with are the first two "14" 1 meaning chevy and the 4 means the year. I just need to know if that means it's a 1974 or a1984. I'll know the difference between the two I just need to know if if could be one of those two years. Thank you and hope to hear back.
