post the actual code that set.

there is no code for a wheel bearing. if the wheel bearing had play, it needed to be replaced. the abs system can only tell if the wheel speed sensor signal is missing or erratic. replacing the bearing rules of the reluctor and sensor but not the sensor wiring or ebcm.

Default Service traction/service esc

I changed the wheel bearing. Code still read. For about 100 miles. 10 or so starts. I then start car again still track and abs lights on. After sitting for about 2 minutes the lights went off. I drove around. Still off. I shut car off... 3 hours later i start it. Sitting at idle lights turn off then on then off the back on. I drive about 5 miles. Stop. Turn car off. Turn car on abd there still on. I drive another 2 miles. They go off. And stay off for about 200 miles. (A complete day). I dad code reader read again. No codes found. This morning i start car. There off. Sitting at idle 2 minutes they come on. Again. And stay on all day. Im not understanding why this could happen. Im thinking there is a short somewhere. But why would it turn on and off at idel but not driving and hitting bumps. Thanks -Ryan

the codes are there. you must use a full function scan tool to read them. a code reader only accesses powertrain codes not chassis codes.
