Question Car Starter question

I have a 2015 Sonic LT that has a car starter, I want to know if there is a way to adjust how long the car will stay started. As it stands now it only stays started for about 10 minutes max and that really doesn't heat the car up or melt the snow on the windshield.

I take it you have a reomote, you will have to either A) take it yo the installer, or B) If it's an OEM, go to the car after it's started, and insert the ignition key

Cool Thanks for nothing

A. My car that has an aftermarket remote starter is adjustable and will stay started long enough to defrost the windows and be toasty warm when you get in. B. The car in question has the OEM remote starter and my question is if it can be adjusted to stay on longer. C. If I was going to go out and stick my key in the ignition it defeats the purpose of having a starter in the first place. It also gives thieves a chance to steal the car because now the keys are in it. Last but not least, where I live the police can give you a ticket if you start your car and leave it with the keys in it. Be careful buddy intelligent people are watching.

I'm quoting you...in response to a spark plug brand

"At the end of the day though, your cars computer will adjust the ignition to stay within a factory set range, so unless you can adjust the computer your stuck with what the factory says that engine should have. This goes the same for if you buy a K&N type air filter, you just wont see any gains until you adjust the computers parameters outside of the OEM set up."

explain this bunch of nonsense you posted stefan2k. Hey buddy, people are watching
