Default Having problem with Bluetooth phone calls

Hello all,

since i bought the 2012 sonic (EU version) i have the Bluetooth calls issue.
after pairing the device successfully and make a call, the other side can hear me only after switching to the radio. its impossible to make a phone call like that.
i went to a local CHEVY dealer and they struggled to solve the problem but with no success.

the replaced to following part:
1. New multimedia system ( no touch /color screen one)
2. New MIC.
3. he also tries to diagnose the problem with the computer port.

none of the methods solved the issue.
there is someone familiar with that issue?

Default

1. Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > Bluetooth

2. Turn your Bluetooth ON

3. In the list of paired devices select your car Bluetooth device

4. Select Forget

5. Then search for devices and select your car Bluetooth device

6. Tap Pair
