We leave the lites on our 2015 Sonic LS Sedan on automatic .

Occasionally , when we first purchased the car ( June 2015 ) , when you started the car , the Instrument / dash display lighting did not come on . This made it difficult to read the blue digital display .

I could rotate the light control one position to the left & let it spring return to automatic and the display would again be illuminated .

This has continued to happen more often , as time has passed .

Have mentioned it more than once to the deal . At first , they could not duplicate the problem . Understandable .

Wife went in to the dealership for our last free oil change / tire rotation . She mentioned it again . From her description , the blew her off .

Any ideas ? Sounds like I am going to have to take the Sonic in and try to get them serious about this . I want the problem repaired before the warrenty expires .
