hey guys im new here help me out if ya can, thanks!

Over night the car started running like crap. Timing belt blew 5k ago and had it rebuilt. Great compression great fuel pressure. tried sea foam with no results. spark plugs are good

Runs rough, very poor acceleration. idle is all over the place. Check engine only came on after i tried to drive it. Pinging and knocking if i do drive it, almost sounds to be Hissing.

any ideas? thanks for your time!

The hissing sounds like a vacuum leak check all your lines first that would also cause the idle to jump
