Herndon Chevrolet
I bought a used Suburban from a dealer 60 miles from home, I found on line. I ended up taking it to my local Chevy dealer for service when i need anything done. The Suburban was under warranty also. I had oil changes and a few other items fixed under the factory warranty,
When I got the Burban back after a service one day I noticed they didnt vacuum the interior or clean the outside. they changed the oil and didnt even remove the pine straw from the cowl under the hood. Made me wonder, figured they were busy.
On another visit, they changed the oil again and this time the interior smelled like burnt oil and there was spare parts left in the back seat.
The Burban again was delivered dirty and with a heavy burnt oil/ fuel smell. (On top of this I was charged for parts they didnt use)
I called the service manager. He didnt sound happy to be alive much less to be on the phone with me.
I asked if they ever cleaned any of their customers autos or thoroughly checked the cars before they delivered the back to their customers.
He said no.
Who the hell delivers a car back to a customer from service dirty and smelly. Were paying for a service.
I hope the dealers know why most people dont go back to the dealer for service at $100 p/hr and ****ty service.

Find somewhere else to go for service. They don't deserve your business. You don't have to go to a dealer for oil changes, there are many oil change shops that do excellent work and are much cheaper.
