Hi , i have a chevy spark 2008 and we have had some intermittent starting problems which just seemed to go away for a long time, but now its back again. Left it off for a few hours and then it started again. then tried the next morning and nothing. It hasnt started in over a week. it appears that there is no spark. Could this be the coil to the plugs, and if so could it show intermittent problems before packing up totally. Is there a way of making sure it is this coil....thanks in advance

 

Is the check engine light on? It could be many things such as the crank sensor, cam sensor, etc. A sensor going bad could have caused your symptoms.
