Tahoe & SuburbanThe power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.
I know its been a few years since its been a topic, but I'm reignighting the idea of the dually "burban. The 14 bolt in my 02 2500 8.1 is shot, and I'm over trying to save it. There's an '06 3500 dana dually rear end from a 6.0 truck on marketplace I think I want to pick up with the intension of making the swap happen. I think the shock and leafspring mounts are spaced correctly, but my main concerns right now are rear brakes in relation to the porportioning valve and the driveshaft length. As it looks like the pinion is longer on the dana 70. if anyones got information about making this happen or potential things im overlooking that would be much appreciated. Photos are of the potential donner.
