02 Suburban 4WD switch all lit
Hello, we (wife here posting for husband who's outside working on truck) just picked up a 2002 Suburban with a bunch of little issues. He's fixed a lot already and we're so close to driving.
The service 4WD light on, so he replaced the TCM with a Cardone Remanufactured - Transfer Case Motor, Part #48-105. Service 4WD light went off, but all lights on the 4WD switch are now on. He replaced the 4WD switch, scanned and found no codes, cleared codes anyway. All lights are still lit.
He has also cleaned ground wire, disconnected battery, and pulled ATC fuse.
Some people say the TCCM needs to be reprogrammed. Do you think that's the problem? If so, how is that done, is it only a dealer thing?
He's getting ready to drive it now for the first time since all the work (maybe it will fix itself?) I just thought I'd post here in case anyone has any ideas.
