I'm new here and was hoping someone would be able to help w/my problem. I did a search and did not find a thread dealing w/ this specific issue. My liftgate does not lock when the door locks are engaged, it does seem like power is getting back that far (could the cable be stretched?). The other issue is that the rear window will not open when the (external) rear window button is pushed. I've been looking for a video on how to remove the liftgate panel w/ no luck as well.
Any response or suggestions is much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Haven't looked at mine but if there's no visible fasteners, then you probably remove it w/ a panel pop-off tool like a door panel.
