02 Tahoe cassette modification
02 Tahoe LT with the OEM cassette player factory installed as they came just above a samll cubby hole (with a door) and the center console cup holders
Here's a pic of the type of console I refer to (blacked out area is cassette player location):
Question:
What have others done with the cassette player?
Meaning, since we are no longer in the age of cassettes, and mine hasn't been used in years and have no use for, I'm trying to decide what I can do with that space if I choose to remove it. I'm happy with the OEM audio unit installed (with CD), so installing an after market CD is not an option for me.
Does anyone have pics of modifications they've done? I'm open for suggestions so fire away!
