03 Suburban AC not blowing cold

This truck has both front and rear AC dual climate controls. The rear hasnt been blowing cold for the past 2-3 years now. But the front always did. The truck mostly sits and is barely driven. About a month ago the AC belt snapped off. Found bad tensioner. Replaced and cheacked the compressor and it spun freely with no noises. AC in the front was blowing cold again.
Now the front isnt blowing cold. The compressor clutch is engaging. The line that has the front orifice tube is cold from the connector to the dryer but warm after that.
It seems like the control panel is working as i have all speeds and it does ajust the heat if I turn it up to 90.
So I am thinking either a door isnt opening or the orifice tubes are blocking flow. Ideas?
