Angry 03 Suburban engine swap

I have recently swapped the engine out in my 2003 Suburban. Everything is connected and hooked up properly. When I went to fire it up today, it didn't even turn over. The engine I put in is from an 04 Silverado. I noticed that the security light is now on as well. Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this myself and avoid having to pay for the tow truck and the dealer ship.

I did not swap the computer or anything else. Just the engine and that's it.

I assume it was running when you completed the swap? How long ago did yo complete the work and how long has it been running before the problem. Throw us a bone, lots more details would be helpful!

It was running fine before, I had bad head gaskets on mine and just decided not would swap engines. No issues before other than sludgy oil. I had about 280 on the old one and found one with only 129 on it so I jumped on it. Now I have a security light on and it says to service the air bag. Im not sure if I need to reprogram the ECM or if I could buy one online already programed and put it in. Sorry my post was not very informative, I wrote it on my smoke break at work. If you need more information please let me know. Not sure what else I can say other than I swapped out the engine and now my suburban is in security lock mode.

No it has not run yet after the swap. I got it all hooked up and toped off with fluids. Got in and put the key in the ignition and turned it. Nothing, not a crank, not a noise, did not even seem like it was trying to turn over or start.
