My suburban is not detecting the key when I plug my snap on tool to it. If it sits for a day or so it will crank and run for maybe a hour then cut off. After that it has to sit a few more days to crank again. Any help is welcome. Thanks

 

Try spraying some starter fluid into the throttle body. If it runs for a few seconds then you have a fuel issue. You can also do a fuel pressure check.

 

Thanks but I tried that months ago still won't start. Replace crank and cam sensor. Fuel pump coming on. No spark tho.
