Good afternoon from a brand new member

The latch on my jump seat/armrest which opens the armrest to allow access to the storage area is broken. Maybe one time in 50 attempts will it properly release the lid and allow access to inside. Is there a fix for this besides replacing the whole thing? My lid is in perfect shape, it was replaced about a month ago. The problem back then was seldom an issue, not enough to address. Now it's keeping way too many things hostage.

At first glance, I thought I noticed Allen Head screws near the hinge that would allow me to access this area where the latch resides, but at further examination, they're rivets - no go!

Does anyone have an expoded view that would show what parts are inside?
