Default 03 Tahoe P0300 and P0101 at High RPM

My 2003 Tahoe recently started running crappy on the highway. 5.3 Vortec

Idles fine, drives fine around town, throws P0300 and P0101 codes when engine RPM is above 4500. Truck feels like it starts to hesitate, won't accelerate anymore and the CEL starts to flash.

I've cleaned the MAF, Replaced the Fuel Filter, Replaced the driver side upper Oxygen Sensor (Had a previous issue with overfuelling and running really crappy at all times). I'm looking into change the MAP and Possibly the MAF sensor unless I should be looking somewhere else.

Any input is appreciated,
Thanks

Your Mass Air-Flow sensor or MAF is toast.

I replaced the MAF with one that my dad had lying around to see if any change and it throws the same codes and does the same things that it did with the original MAF.

I should also add that I have trouble going uphill, i could barely manage 85 KPH without massive hesitation. When the codes set, there is also loud pinging coming from what sounds like the drivers side

I changed the MAF with a brand new unit and disconnected the battery with no change

What should the Timing Advance be at Idle and 3000 RPM? I was revving the engine in park and noticed abnormally high (at least I thought) timing advance

Idle 700-800 RPM: 18 Degrees Advance

3000 - 3500 RPM: 47 Degrees Advance
