Hi I have 03 Suburban Z71 the climate control fan stays on when you turn off the key so I pulled the 40 amp fuse. The fan speed shows it works up and down but has no effect on controls speed I put fuse back in to make fan blow hot or cool air . Any help would be appreciated.
