Default 04 Sub - AC Actuators - Which one does what?

Ive read several threads about the ac actuators acting up etc. I tried to reset the electrical system with mixed responses. I disco the neg. batt cable and pulled the ac and hvac fuses. At first I didnt have heat, now I have heat ONLY even on full cold. Still no heat to the rear a/c. I havent been able to find a desc. of what each actuator does so I started yet another thread...

I understand there are 4 actuators for the front, and 1 for the back (If Im not mistaken). Can someone list what each actuator is responsible for and its location. I dont want to pay to replace 5 of them if its only 1 thats acting a fool.

Also, based on my desc. does this sound like actuators or control modules or both/neither?

Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
