Default 05 tahoe heat/a.c. Problem

Ok, so the problem is that the heat comes and goes to the front but rear works fine and the AC works in the front but blows heat in the rear.

I've changed the heater core, the thermostat (2x) and flushed the entire system 1x.
And as of 3 days ago the po128 code popped up.
The only thing that I can think ofis there's air in the system and I'd have to flush again .. correct??
And help or suggestions are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

pop the thermostat out and test it in water. could be bad or set too low. air in the system could effect the heater core but might cause the engine to overheat

Lol well the hits keep on coming.
Was working a side detail Tonight and the
damn truck started running like crap, almost
like it was misfiring or not gettin enough fuel
Then completely died and can't get it to start now.
Been sitting for over 2 hrs now and still nothing.
Checked antifreeze and it is ok, checked oil and it's ok.
Truck craps and tries to start but doesn't.
Leaning towards a fuel pump prob or bad gas on top
of the 1st prob posted .. FML LOL
