I have a new Head lamp set-up in my 07 burbin LTZ and tapped into the DRL power line. They work but I would also like them to stay on when DRL goes off and the head light come on. What should of I have spliced into to have the Halo's running all the time?

I tried to get power from the turn signal which was odd because the center wire of the 3 on the turn signal shows constant steady power until I actually activate a turn then that wire shows no power???? Is it just me or is that not right?
