07 Cooled Seats
Hey Guys. I have an 07 Tahoe LTZ, purchased in Sept. 2006. Before I purchased the Tahoe I looked at the Escalade as well, but the pricing just wasnt acceptable, too much. I did noticed that you could get cooled seats for the Escalade though, would be nice in the summer. How exactly do these cooled seats work? Has anyone done this conversion install into the Tahoe models? Please advise.
wow that's trick. would be nice, especially with ebony interior.
my guess is some kind of liquid cooling system with a heatsink in seat and backrest. not sure how they can pull that off with adjustable seats.

I would be surprised if the seat coolers were not available in the aftermarket, but to move the cooled seats to a Tahoe (along with the associated hardware) would be a difficult task.[/b]

Agree with you all on this point -- Chev missed it by not offering heated AND cooled seats on the Tahoes. Other manufacturers offer heated and cooled leather seats on their cars that cost less than a Tahoe. Sure would be nice to have in mine.

There isn't an SUV on the market that is less expensive than a Tahoe that offers cooled seats.
Tahoe is marketed to everyday folk with the Cadillac being the upscale offering, if you want the extras then open up your wallet and get the Denali or Escalade.
