I purchased a girll emblem off ebay to replace the gold one. It looks ok. HOwever, it was advertised as a chrome emblem. It arrived with a polished look. I am looking for one that is actually chrome to go with the chrome background emblem, chrome grill surround, and my aftermarket grill. Does anyone have an actual chrome one that will match the rest of the chrome on the vehicle?

Also, as for the billet grill insert I got, just some info. I got it off ebay. It was one of the cheaper ones, trying to save a buck that is going to turn out costing a bit. It seems there are about 10 sellers that sellt the same one, it is always around 75-85 with shipping. It looks ok, however it has a black powder coating everywhere except the front. The powder coating chips off and was chipped when I got it. Also, it is very soft, very very soft. SOme of the edge pieces were bent, however they can easily be bent back but that isnt a good thing! Lastly, it even dings up from bugs, and everything else that hits it. I dont recommend it guys, please dont buy it. Does anyone have a decent grill that feels solid, not more of an aluminum cheap piece? Thanks, Landon.

 

Bought mine from ebay. Be careful when reading the description. Some will say chrome looking. Mine was chrome and I paid like $75 bucks instead of like the 25 or 30 bucks that the polished aluminum ones..

 

Yeah, I guess I am going to have to get the darn chrome one.

I bought the polished version, it looks ok i just want the chrome! I also stripped the darn screw out the back of it. I took some JB weld and made it how it should have been made in the first place.
