Default 07 headlight bulb change

Has anyone installed ultra white bulbs in headlights (low & high beams)? If so what's the easiet way to get to connections. It seems like all the manufacturers are making it harder to get to these things. I have the same problem with a 06 Charger. We had to take whole bumper off to get lights. Manual only shows you how to change rear bulbs.

Searched the site and found this set of instructions. It was used to install an HID kit but you get the idea.

I found the easiest way to get the bulbs in. I went to my proctologist, he changed all four bulbs by going through the exhaust system.

I installed an HID kit in my LTZ and it took around and hour and a half. Its 6 bolts for the bumper and you have to remove the a screw from the wheel wells because there is another bolt underneath that hold the bumper on. There is no way around it unless you have really small hands
