Default 07 Hoe - Stabilitrak Off, Traction Control Off, Service 4WD

Good Morning Everyone,
Last Friday I received the replacement encoder motor for my 07 Hoe and installed it. I was on a time crunch to get on the road for my sons baseball tournament.
I had researched the instructions on how to replace the motor and went with the option of not removing the drive shaft - huge mistake for the back yard guys.
The third bolt was a problem getting in and out.
With that said it was installed and now I am seeing:
4 Wheel Drive Switch Indicator has the Neutral light lit and will not come out of neutral.
Stabilitrak Off
Traction Control Off
Service 4 Wheel Drive
My thinking is that either the shift position sensor inside the new / remanufactured AC Delco encoder motor needs to be flashed
or
I have discovered a new problem and am looking for your input as to possible remedies please.

After further investigation - the Parking Assist button is no longer 100% functional. The Stabilitrak button has no response.
Could it be the TCCM module needs to be replaced or the four wheel drive system needs to be reflashed?
Looks like I'm headed to the dreaded dealer to get the gypsy treatment.
But first I'm replacing the TCCM and the selector switch so that every external component of the transfer case / 4 wheel drive has been replaced with oem parts.
Can't wait to hear their diagnosis

Did you get this issue solved? I'm having the exact same problem but only happened after I had to use my 4wd.
