Default 07 Nav Upgrade

I'm thinking of getting the stock nav unit and upgrading the stock 6 disk xm changer. Has anyone done this and is it possible to just plug it in? I know I'll need a wiring harness for the passenger DVD display in the rear of the truck. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I have an LT2 and I'm not sure about the Bose system. Based on what your saying I should have it. Anyway, I'm going to take advantage of your knowledge again. I see that the option for the rear entertainment center is a Panisonic overhead unit. I guess I would need that as well as a wiring harness to the head unit. Do you know the part #s for them as well? Thanks for your help.
